	05/08/2009 - Event: Nothing Like Enjoying & Supporting the Locals in Charleston, SC "Get Fresh with The Locals" is starting up in Mount Pleasant, SC tomorrow!  First day in the new location in Mt. P for the incredible Farmers' Market!  I actually held off from my run to the grocery store last night since I knew the Farmers Market would be open tomorrow in front of the new Moultrie Middle school that's under construction on Coleman Blvd. The Market will be open every Tuesday from 3pm until dusk through October!  The brand new Daniel Island Farmers' Market is already underway for their first year!  I stumbled upon it last time I was driving on Daniel Island and realized it was another one to make the point to check out!  The market is open on Thursdays from 4-7pm at Family Circle Cup Stadium! Plan to go hungry for sure and bump into neighbors as you wander from vendor to vendor - nothing like Island life. . . Mark your calendars for both!  It's a fun and great way to enjoy and support our local businesses!

We can't tell you how exciting it was for Structures Building Company to be a part of such an amazing project for James, Carol, Jaime and Alexander! Melissa Villegas from the CTHBA just informed us of the following details! Check out the “Most Beautiful People” issue of PEOPLE Magazine due out tomorrow. The Charleston Trident Home Builders Association's “Carol’s Home” project is featured on Page 160. This is a great honor for the CTHBA, the State HBA and NAHB in Washington. 	04/21/2009 - News: Guild Quality is Excited about the Custom Home Structures is Building In Charleston, SC with Coastal Living Magazine Apr 21 2009 by Geoff Graham in Member news Way back in 1998, a brand new publication called Coastal Living Magazine featured it’s first ever “Idea House” in a brand new neighborhood called I’On. The Idea House was both the first home completed in the neighborhood and my own first ever house. Many homes since, it remains my favorite house of all time. This year, Coastal Living returns to I’On with the Coastal Living Idea Cottage, built by long time member Structures Building Company, and designed by Historical Concepts, one of the greatest architectural firms practicing today. Unlike 11 years ago, this time around, the Idea Cottage has its very own blog.
