|Structures Attends East Cooper Habitat for Humanity House Party
The Structures team had a great time at East Cooper Habitat for Humanity's House Party at Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park on Friday evening. This fundraiser and auction is held annually to raise money to build affordable homes for local families. It was a beautiful evening spent with with great friends who share our commitment to supporting the important work of ECHFH! Structures is proud to again be a sponsor of this event!
|Structures Sponsors Model UN Trip to NYC
Structures Building Company is a proud sponsor of East Cooper Montessori Charter School's Model United Nations Program. For the third straight year, Structures was honored to help sixth-grade students travel to New York City. This year, 28 students became delegates of Indonesia, Cambodia, the Ukraine, and the Netherlands and worked with students from all over the globe to solve world issues. Congratulations 2013 MMUN delegates!

|News: Structures Competes in Chili Cook Off
Structures had a great time competing in the Charleston Home Builders Association's third annual Chili Cook Off on Thursday, February 21, at Builder's First Source in North Charleston. The team came to defend its 2012 Grand Champion title, but did not take the prize this year! Structures competed against nearly a dozen other CBHA members, and is proud to say it came up just one vote shy of winning the coveted People's Choice Chili Award! It was a great evening of friendly competition and good company!

Check out the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition in Charleston February 15-18, 2013. SEWE is a three-day celebration of nature and wildlife featuring 500 artists and exhibitors from around the world. Paintings, sculptures, furniture, and duck decoys will be on display at special venues around the city. Head out to Marion Square to see demonstrations on cooking, fly fishing, and birds of prey. |News: Steve Kendrick Passes the Torch as 2013 CHBA President
Structures' Steve Kendrick completed his final task as 2012 president of the Charleston Home Builders Association on January 15 when he introduced the 2013 president, Andy Barber of Builders First Source. In addition to a changing of the guard, CHBA members also gathered to hear a panel discussion from the school superintendents of Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties. The builders and school leaders quickly saw how they shared the same vision for Charleston's future: great schools, a quality workforce, and increased job growth.
