A Double Dose

Our client enjoyed their custom build in I’On Village so much, they decided to buy a double condo located on a corner at Dockside downtown.  Lured in by the panoramic views of the Charleston harbor and downtown lights sparked in the client. While overlooking the outdated and closed floorplan that inhibited direct and grand views all around, they could see past it for what could become of the space. We met collaboratively with our client and Neal VanDalen to help discuss a vision and plan to execute.  The outdated and traditional style has been completely switched out for and open floor plan with clean and modern lines.  Concrete floors, sleek cabinets and trim, modern tile, fixtures and finishes. Just a peek into the happenings that are taking place – can’t wait for everything to be uncovered after final paint!
