Daniel Island Park Move-In!

Daniel Island Park, you have some truly wonderful new neighbors!  We are thrilled to share a little glimpse of a recent project completed on the island, and welcome a great couple into our Structures family of homeowners.  This DesignBuild project with local architect Bill Marshall of Architrave involved unique considerations for the client’s needs and lifestyle.  Together we created their dream home with 4 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms situated on a beautiful spot overlooking the golf course.  Designed with an open floor plan for entertaining and lots of space to welcome family visits, the custom home also boasts a spacious back porch with outdoor fireplace, an office above the garage, and a cozy sitting room on the second floor.

We really do love this one-of-a-kind custom home with all its beautiful trim and design details.  Throughout the house, custom cabinetry, beams, trendy lighting, and use of varying textures make the DesignBuild project unique.  Enjoy a brief photo tour below!
