We Put the FUN in Team Building

As Covid restrictions have lightened, and we have been in great need of some Team Building, Structures decided to do what we do best: Have a little fun mixed with some light competition. And if you really know us at all, you know that we had a lot of fun, and the competition was fierce! Some of us can take criticism well and others can dish it out; this was a day for everyone to do both. Whether on the jobsite, meeting with clients, or applying finishing touches, we all need to be better at communicating with one another. This was a great opportunity to strengthen our community, which is at Structures’ very core. Coming together and enjoying an afternoon with bowling and lunch at The Alley was a real “highlight” to our Spring. Ask any one of us and they’ll agree: it doesn’t get much better than this!
