Jordan Burg

I’m an Assistant Project Manager with 24 years of experience in the construction industry. My career includes 12 years specializing in interior trim work for custom homes, where I developed a keen eye for craftsmanship, detail, and quality, followed by 12 years as a Construction Manager overseeing residential building projects and multifamily projects from concept to completion.

Drawing on extensive field experience, I work closely with project teams, trade partners, and homeowners to help ensure each home is delivered with exceptional quality, clear communication, and attention to detail. The commitment to excellence from the entire Alair Charleston | Structures team stood out from my very first conversation, and I’m excited to utilize my hands-on background to support every state of the building process to bring our homeowner partner’s vision to life.

Outside of work, I enjoy kayaking, exploring the beautiful Lowcountry, and spending as much time in nature as possible. Most importantly, I value making memories with my wife and daughter, who inspire me, both personally and professionally.
